Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics is seeking a compassionate RN, LPN, or CMA to join Mobridge Medical Clinic. This on-site role provides direct patient care and clinical support, working closely with providers, patients, and families. Schedule is Mon-Fri with rotating Saturday mornings.

The ideal candidate will hold SD RN, SD LPN, or CMA credentials and maintain CPR certification. This is an on-site opportunity at Mobridge, SD 57601.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a South Dakota RN license, LPN license, or CMA certification.
• Current CPR certification is required or must be obtained when available.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care within the individual's scope of practice.
• Obtain and document patient information, vital signs, and clinical findings.
• Assist providers with patient care, procedures, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical skills and administer medications as permitted by licensure and facility policy.
• Assist with patient triage and prioritize patient needs appropriately.
• Administer immunizations as directed and within scope of practice.
• Provide patient and family education as directed by the provider.
• Accurately document patient care, interventions, medications, and patient responses.
• Communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and emergency procedures; participate in quality improvement, education, and departmental activities.
