Job summary

The Twin Cities Pain Clinic is looking for a Clinic Nurse to join our patient-centered care team. You will support neuromodulation and intrathecal pump patient management, prepare medications, and assist with injections while maintaining clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have an associates degree in nursing, 1 year of patient care experience, and current BLS certification; 40-hour week, day shift, with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Neuromodulation Patient Management: Daily coordination with neuromodulation team; education visits; device reprogramming; post-procedure visits and wound care follow-up.
• Intrathecal Pump Patient Management: Daily coordination with intrathecal pump team; ultrasound-guided pump refills; education visits; post-procedure visits; wound care follow-up.
• Prepares medications and assists with clinic injections.
• Collaborates with clinicians to create disability letters, appeal letters, and legal narrative reports.
• Provides telephone triage to patients; collaborates with interdisciplinary care team; follows standing orders.
• Manages and orders clinic medical supplies; supports Medical Assistant as needed.
