Bryan Health in Nebraska is seeking an LPN or RN to provide phone triage two days per week at the Central City Clinic and to support patient care and clinic operations two days per week in Central City or Fullerton Clinic.
Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, coordinating flows of patients, calls, lab work and nurse visits to meet quality care and customer service goals.
**The LPN or RN selected for this position will provide phone triage services two days per week in the Central City Clinic and spend two days per week supporting patient care and clinic operations in either the Central City Clinic or the Fullerton Clinic.**
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for and assists with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in a professional, confidential, and caring manner. Assists with patient care and procedures. Ensures that a follow up plan of care and educational needs are met and coordinates the flow of patients, phone calls, lab work, and nurse visits to facilitate quality patient care and customer service goals.
REGISTERED NURSE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program required. Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or approved compact state of residence as defined by the Nebraska Nurse Practice Act required.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program required. Current Licensed Practical Nurse License in the State of Nebraska required. One (1) year clinic experience preferred.
OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required. Bryan Health recognizes American Heart Association (for healthcare professionals), American Red Cross (for healthcare professionals) and the Military Training Network.
