Job summary

Hancock County Health System's Britt Medical Clinic is seeking a Clinic Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within their scope of practice, promoting health and wellness for patients. The role includes directing and supporting nursing staff and coordinating care across clinic teams.

The position is full-time, based mainly in Britt with coverage at Garner Clinic and occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPN or RN in Iowa.
• Graduate of an approved medical assistant program or accredited School of Nursing.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Good clinical skills and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in computers; able to organize, prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care essential to assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of health within scope.
• Direct and support nursing/clinical personnel providing patient care.
• Execute duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
