The role offers a start pay based on experience (CMA starting around $19.61 and LPN around $22.72), with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for CMAs and $5,000 for LPNs.

Qualifications

• High School required; BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of Accredited LPN Program; LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Accepts reassignment as needed to staffing levels.
• Administers medication as directed by the provider.
• Assists providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Keeps exam rooms and work spaces stocked and clean; adheres to infection control policies.
• Performs phlebotomy and basic waived testing when needed.
• Documents patient data and communication with providers and families.
• Schedules patients for diagnostic, therapeutic, or follow-up visits.
