Job summary

Valleywise Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our pool for the Health Clinic. You’ll support physicians and nurses, room patients, assist with procedures, and provide patient education.

This role offers a stable schedule in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, completed an accredited MA program, at least 1 year of clinic experience, and CMA/RMA/CCMA eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or Valleywise Health approved course.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a clinic.
• Eligible to sit for CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card; apply within 7 days and present within 90 days.
