Rezilient Health is building a hybrid primary care model where paramedics operate a micro clinic with a virtual provider guiding exams through connected devices. You will greet patients, assist in exams, perform in-clinic tests, and help with charting and procedures.

We seek EMT/Paramedic professionals with 2+ years of field experience, strong remote collaboration skills, and a patient-centered approach. The role includes hands-on procedures and high-impact care within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years EMT/Paramedic field experience.
• Experience in clinics/primary care/urgent care/ED/ICU/inpatient units.
• Proficiency working independently and with remote specialists.
• Excellent remote communication skills for collaboration.
• Curious, agile learner adapting to new technologies in healthcare.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator: greet patients, assist the provider during appointments, and perform in-clinic tests/procedures.
• Use connected devices to conduct physical exams with a virtual provider (cardiac and lung exams, ear exams, etc.).
• Perform in-clinic procedures including blood draws, EKGs, urine processing, injections, ear care, etc.
• Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs, and current medications.
• Oversee charting and documentation of exams, procedures, and orders.
• Troubleshoot devices and audio/video issues; remote technical support available.
• Daily opening and closing of the clinic.

Job description

We're not telehealth and we're not a traditional doctor's office: we're the best parts of both. Our mission at Rezilient is simple: to make access to primary care convenient, timely and seamless.

In our hybrid model, clinics are staffed by paramedics with the provider joining the appointment virtually on-screen. The provider relies on the medic as their partner for a thorough physical assessment, with the aid of connected devices that live stream ENT, skin, and cardio respiratory exams. Not only does this allow the provider to see and hear high quality exams, but it allows the patient to participate in the experience themself through hearing their own heartbeat or seeing their own eardrum.

Our model is breaking through the old way of medicine and bringing transparency and high quality care through the use of technology. We are looking for paramedics that are ready to expand and break new grounds in the world of primary care.

• Serve as the all-in-one micro clinic operator: greeting patients, working as the hands of the provider during appointments, and performing in-clinic tests and procedures.
• Use connected technical devices to perform physical exams with a virtual provider (cardiac and lung exam w/ stethoscope, ear exam w/ otoscope, etc.)
• In-clinic procedures including: blood draws, EKGs, processing urine samples, injections, ear flushes, etc.
• Obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and current medications.
• Oversee and complete charting and documentation of exams, procedures, and lab orders.
• Troubleshoot devices or audio/video issues that might occur (camera obstructed, speakers disconnected, screen disconnected, etc). In-depth technical support is provided remotely.
• Daily opening and closing of the clinic.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years combined proven field experience as an EMT and/or Paramedic.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following clinical settings: clinics, primary care, urgent care, emergency department (ED), intensive care unit (ICU), or inpatient (I/P) step‑down units.
• Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively with remote specialty providers.
• Excellent remote communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with colleagues.
• A confident, curious, and agile learner, capable of rapidly adapting to new technologies and innovative healthcare models.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Ability to create a comfortable, safe, and empathetic environment for patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood.
• A proactive problem‑solving attitude, coupled with a passion for revolutionizing healthcare.
• A hands‑on, can‑do personality, driven to contribute to innovative solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of medical or office equipment unassisted.

License / Certifications

• State paramedic license (required)
• NREMT (preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Community paramedic, FP‑C, CP‑C, CC‑EMT (a bonus)
