CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) to lead a busy outpatient clinic in Orlando. This full-time role focuses on high-quality patient care and operational excellence, with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will develop personalized care plans, measure outcomes with advanced software, and collaborate with a team to expand services while supporting patient-centered care and professional growth.

Formación

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily clinic operations, finances, admin and personnel.
• Develop and deliver care plans for a diverse patient population.
• Measure patient outcomes using software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evals, and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow clinic culture.
• Provide inclusive physical therapy and community care.
