Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Outpatient Clinic Manager and licensed Physical Therapist to lead a busy outpatient clinic. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care for orthopedic and neurologic patients.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and guide the team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy for orthopedic and neurologic needs.
• Create and implement individualized plans of care driving meaningful outcomes.
• Track progress using outcome-measurement tools.
• Complete thorough documentation for evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges.
• Schedule: 45-hour work week (35 hours treating patients + 10 hours administrative).
• Foster a strong, collaborative clinic culture and pursue professional development.
