Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, oversee patient treatment, and drive growth across a network of locations. You will supervise onboarding and training, ensure high-quality care, and contribute to community health initiatives.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the role emphasizes teamwork, continuing education, and leadership development within a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program
• Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist
• Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations including the treatment of patients
• Onboard new employees and train current staff
• Review treatment plans and collaborate with the Regional Director to improve patient health and quality of life
