Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations and oversee patient care across our Augusta, GA area location. You will work with clinicians to ensure efficient scheduling, quality treatment plans, and community engagement while promoting the Athletico culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will mentor staff, manage onboarding, and support growth initiatives with a focus on patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic and oversee patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with policies.
• Onboard and train new employees; manage treatment plans and community engagement.
