Join Duly Health and Care’s Rehabilitation teamin Joliet (Glenwood) with clinicians supportingspecialtiessuch assports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics.Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.This role is part of Duly’s continued expansion of our rehabilitation services. In this role you will:

• Responsible for maintaining clinical caseload
• Oversight of clinic metrics, schedule utilization, and physician outreach/relationship
• Staff growth and development, including fostering environment for patient=centric care and collaborative team efforts
• Workalongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in acollaborative,team-based environment
• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including:
• Monday through Friday– two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

Qualifications:

• Degreeofan accredited physical/occupational therapy curriculum.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
