Job Summary

The Clinic Manager (CM) is an essential part of the collaborative patient‑care team that supports an exceptional patient experience. The CM is empowered to practice and contribute throughout the care experience, guiding the clinical and administrative operations of the multi‑disciplinary, integrated primary care service.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Crossover’s standards of care and operations workflows.
• Provide patient care following the patient‑centered medical home approach, including phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist clients with inquiries about clinic services and hours.
• Manage inventory, orders, and replenish medical supplies.
• Co‑lead clinic‑wide huddles, team meetings, and keep staff informed of corporate and client communications.
• Schedule staff for efficient coverage, including PRN talent pools.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop clinic staff; assist in onboarding new team members.
• Provide guidance and direction to care team members, including nurses, hosts, operations leads, and care navigators.
• Partner with the Triad and multidisciplinary team to develop plans for maximizing client outreach and increasing clinic utilization.
• Identify and recommend actions to enhance services and develop new ones.
• Encourage continuing professional education and development to meet licensing expectations.
• Lead and facilitate events that support client goals and member health strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform quality and compliance checks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Contribute to reporting requirements related to incident reporting and compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT questions and coordinate support requests with TechOps.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Active LVN/LPN license and current BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience opening, operating, and managing a multi‑specialty, multi‑provider clinic, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience staffing and managing a team of employees.

Physical Job Requirements

May require standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Manual and finger dexterity and hand‑eye coordination are required. Full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients, is expected. Corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal ranges are required. Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members is essential.
