CHRISTUS Health in Tyler, TX seeks an LVN to assist physicians and nurses in the outpatient clinic, perform basic patient care, obtain vital signs, weigh patients, and collect specimens as competency allows.

You will assist with exams, support patient flow, answer calls, schedule tests, document information, administer medications/immunizations per orders, restock rooms, and perform routine clerical tasks. Requires LVN graduate, active LVN license, and BLS.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Active LVN license in state of employment or compact.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain vital signs, weigh patients, and collect specimens as competency allows.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures; support patient flow.
• Answer phone messages and assist with patient-related calls.
• Schedule tests, track results, and handle pre-certification where required.
• Document patient information and assist with medication refills.
• Administer medications/immunizations per provider orders.
• Restock exam rooms and maintain sterile technique according to policy.
• Perform routine clerical duties and participate in trainings as assigned.
