Job summary

The LPN/LVN will perform nursing duties, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with healthcare teams while meeting all regulatory requirements. This position requires an active state license, CPR if applicable, and compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB test or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
