Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications (oral, IM, and SC) as ordered.
• Assists with procedures and maintains sterile field.
• Performs point-of-care lab testing and collects specimens.
• Trains LPN and MA in the clinic role.
• Phoning triage and patient communications.
• Documents patient information and vital signs accurately.
• Schedules procedures and ensures chart accessibility.
