Astera Health is hiring a Clinic LPN at the Bertha Clinic in Bertha, MN. The position is part-time, involves a 64-hour bi-weekly schedule, and may require occasional weekend shifts. Travel to satellite clinics may be necessary to support staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN in Minnesota or CMA/RMA in Minnesota.
• BLS certification required or eligible.
• Demonstrated ability to administer medications safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing techniques for patient comfort and safety; assist during treatments and examinations.
• Administer medications orally and by injection; monitor patient responses and vitals.
• Document data and maintain accurate medical records; report changes to provider.
• Support providers and other staff; prepare rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Assist in minor surgery; participate in various clinics as needed.
• Triage and telephone nursing support; coordinate follow-up and referrals.
