Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CMA/ATC/LPN or ROT certification within 6 months from date of hire and renewal every 2 years.
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and assists with minor procedures.
• Prepares charts for upcoming clinics and retrieves patient data for imaging.
• Coordinates surgery scheduling as needed and rooming to maintain clinic flow.
• Records documentation in the medical record and maintains patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Assists in ordering medications and diagnostic tests for physicians.
• Scribes for physicians and physician assistants as needed.
• Maintains equipment and adheres to OSHA and safety guidelines.
