Job summary

CentroMed is seeking a Facility Attendant to maintain clean, safe clinic spaces. The role focuses on up-keep of buildings, grounds, and related facilities to promote health and safety.

Responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, disinfecting high-traffic areas, maintaining restrooms, floors, and entryways, and reporting maintenance needs to the Clinic Director. OSHA PPE must be used when required; flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• General custodian practices and floor care; safety with dust, chemicals, and hazards.
• Must know proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Follow CentroMed cleaning schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Disinfect and maintain restrooms, floors, and surfaces; keep areas clean.
• Maintain clean entrances, offices, and common areas; report hazards.
