• Administer IV Therapy: Start IVs, monitor treatments, and ensure safe, effective care.
• Lead and Train Your Team: Hire, develop, and mentor staff, creating a positive, growth-focused environment.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Maintain regulatory standards and promote safety and professionalism.
• Inspire and Educate: Provide training to staff and educate clients on wellness therapies and nutritional health.
• Manage Performance: Set goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to build a high-performing team.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in IV therapy and holistic health practices.

Who You Are:

Physical & Mental Requirements:
