Upstream Rehabilitation's Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists in Mount Pleasant, MI is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a NEW team and grow a standalone clinic with back-office support.

The role offers a competitive PT salary range of $80,000–$110,000 plus a $20K sign-on bonus, opportunities for equity ownership, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, 401k with company match, PTO, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Demonstrated operational leadership and performance is a plus, preferably working independently in an outpatient setting.
