You will drive ATI's mission, balance patient outcomes with business objectives, and foster a collaborative, growth-focused environment for clinicians and support staff.

Qualifications

• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated clinic team aligned with ATI's mission.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the team to address patient concerns and maintain a patient-centered environment.
• Meet or exceed operational performance goals: productivity, scheduling, and patient care standards.
