Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent qualification.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy (California) or eligibility.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, guiding professional development.
