Results Physiotherapy is seeking a Clinic Director for a new outpatient ortho clinic in Leon Valley, TX. The role leads PT staff, delivers evidence-based care, and drives clinic performance and growth.

You’ll develop clinicians, foster a patient-centered culture, and partner with leadership to meet goals, with equity partnership opportunities and ongoing leadership development through Upstream Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred (not required).
• Passion for developing others required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
