Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking an energetic Clinic Director to lead a Renton clinic and own business performance, budgeting, patient flow, and staff management. You will drive profitability, mentor clinicians, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

The role includes a $110k–$120k salary with up to 15% bonus and an annual growth bonus tied to clinic success. A $20k sign-on/retention bonus and loan reimbursement up to $25k support financial goals.

Qualifications

• Has a list of strong referral sources within the community.
• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PT/OTA program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive clinic processes to meet goals.
• Resolve scheduling/documentation issues for staffing.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget; manage finances and profitability.
• Remove roadblocks to achieve team objectives and growth.
• Foster referral relationships and coach team members on business development.
• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development about referral trends.
• Review financial reporting and adjust for issues like no-shows or bad debt.
• Build an employee-friendly culture through meetings and development.
• Reinforce policies and celebrate team wins.
• Escalate issues and use dashboards/EHR to guide actions.
• Make staffing decisions based on business input.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Clinic Director to lead a single clinic and take ownership of core business and performance outcomes. The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to develop and demonstrate leadership skills while driving clinic growth and operational excellence. The Clinic Director will set annual goals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve clinic profitability and patient satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with Front Office and Business Development teams about referral trends or gaps
• Review financial reporting and make real-time corrective adjustments (e.g., bad debt, no-shows)
• Establish employee-friendly clinic culture through 1:1 and team meetings to motivate, engage, and grow staff
• Reinforce policies and celebrate team wins
• Escalate issues promptly and use available tools (dashboards, EHR) to determine proper course of action
