BenchMark Physical Therapy is hiring a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient ortho team in a NC clinic. You will mentor clinicians, drive excellent patient outcomes and uphold a positive, high‑performing clinic culture.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000+ with leadership bonuses and growth opportunities toward multi-site leadership or ownership. Expect modern technology, supportive regional leadership, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth
• Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream's programs
