Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Oceanside, CA, seeks a Clinic Director for outpatient orthopedics. Lead a single clinic, oversee staff, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow, driving growth and operational excellence.

This role offers a competitive base salary of $95,000–$130,000 plus quarterly incentives, relocation/sign-on where eligible, and student loan repayment up to $25,000. PRN brands support professional development and advanced clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state licensure as PT/OT/PTA/OTA.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or PTA/OTA program completion.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes with staffing and scheduling.
• Set annual goals and budget; manage finances and patient flow.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for clinicians.
• Lead and support team through communication and mentorship.
• Develop referral relationships and coordinate with front office.
