Role Description

The Clinic Director – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA. This role oversees daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staff coordination, and adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. The clinician conducts comprehensive assessments, orders and interprets diagnostics, and develops individualized treatment plans for hormone optimization, weight management, erectile dysfunction, peptide therapy, and musculoskeletal pain solutions. Responsibilities include prescribing and monitoring therapies, educating patients on treatment options and lifestyle modifications, and maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the medical record. The Clinic Director also supports business growth by fostering strong patient relationships, collaborating with the leadership team on process improvements, and ensuring a high level of customer service aligned with the Gameday Men’s Health brand.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Healthcare, with the ability to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California; national certification in good standing.
• Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, weight management, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
• Proven ability to manage clinic operations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed clinical documentation.
• Flexibility to work part time on-site in San Jose, CA, and adapt to evolving clinical protocols and best practices.
