Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a Clinic Director (PA-C/NP) for the Fishers, IN clinic. This leadership role combines clinical practice with operations oversight, guiding a team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive clinic growth.

You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and manage patient consultations, lab interpretation, and TRT treatment plans in a role that emphasizes leadership and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active PA-C or NP license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care preferred).
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong EMR and clinical documentation proficiency.
• Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of clinic operations including patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
• Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
• Order, review, and interpret lab work to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications.
• Oversee weight management treatments (GLP-1 medications) and monitor patient progress.
• Provide clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and injections.
• Review and sign off on patient charts, labs, and EMR documentation.
