Hamlet Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Hamlet, NC seeks a Clinic Director to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen patient-centered care within a nationwide MAT network. The role focuses on strategic leadership, staff development, and performance improvement.

You will oversee budgets, collaborate with Medical Director, and build community partnerships to promote the clinic and support recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant social/behavioral/mental health field.
• Experience overseeing outpatient MAT/OTP or related mental health programs is preferred.
• Proven leadership and budget management experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on clinical matters.
• Manage staff performance, development, and hiring.
