Job summary

Ivy Health's Portage, IN clinic seeks a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a compassionate team and advance patient care.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervision experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $90-100k per year - Based on experience*
Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
