Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director in Philadelphia, PA to lead a team delivering physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapies. You’ll mentor clinicians, foster a positive, collaborative environment, and drive exceptional patient outcomes while growing the clinic and building community relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a DPT, a current or eligible state license, and at least 3 years in healthcare with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prev/outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
