Job summary

Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for an outpatient ortho setting in River Oaks, TX. Lead a team of PTs and clinicians, oversee operations, and drive patient outcomes with evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment withhigh standardsfor clinical care
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinicalperformanceand scheduling
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
