Job summary

Ivy Health in Michigan is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic and shape its culture from the ground up. You will mentor teammates, build relationships, and ensure exceptional patient care while partnering with a company that supports marketing, HR, recruitment, and IT.

This role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus a director bonus plan, equity, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the practice state is required.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting demonstrating dedication.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Mentoring and developing others is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
