Job description

Join our client as a Clinic Director in Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to provide oversight and guidance in a supportive environment dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children and teens with autism. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure quality standards and progress towards individualized goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients.
3. Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections.
4. Act as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer.
5. Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans.
6. Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff.
7. Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments.
