Job summary

Spine, Pain & Rehabilitation Center of Colorado in Denver Metro is seeking a Clinic Coordinator / Medical Assistant to blend clinic coordination with hands-on MA support. This role offers growth into a leadership position and plays a key part in smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with pay of $21–$27/hour DOE. Join a supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities to expand skills and contribute ideas.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience is required.
• Strong clinical skills including assisting with procedures.
• Blood draws preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
• Experience with both front and back office duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations.
• Assist with marketing efforts.
• Cross coverage for front and back office operations as needed.
• Assist in creating a positive, welcoming patient experience.
• Help identify workflow improvements and support team efficiency.
• Support training and onboarding of staff.
