Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan is seeking a Medical Assistant to coordinate daily operations in our Physician/ Ambulatory Practice. You will support front office and clinical staff, ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to scope of practice guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of MA experience, with a preference for CMA certification and an associates degree. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities to grow within a trusted regional healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; in lieu of an associate’s degree, related experience may be accepted.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a medical assistant
• Minimum of two years of progressively increased responsibility in a clinical or health related setting
• Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
