Job summary

The role requires current CNA registration in North Dakota, CPR within 30 days of hire, and 2 years of CNA experience. Clinic experience is preferred; travel may be required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA registration by state of North Dakota.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists providers and nursing staff with routine office-based medical procedures and patient preparation.
• Supports patient flow by escorting individuals to exam rooms and obtaining basic measurements.
• Provides patient instruction and reassurance in a calm, courteous manner.
• Documents patient information accurately and communicates updates to staff.
• Maintains clean, safe clinical areas following infection control protocols.
• Collaborates with the clinic team to support daily operations and efficient appointment workflows.
