Watertown Regional Medical Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Clinical Support II to provide advanced clinical support in an outpatient clinic. The role may be filled by a Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN, under licensed provider supervision.

You will collect patient history, prepare exam rooms, perform phlebotomy, immunizations, administer meds, and support care coordination while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to perform essential functions.
• Postsecondary Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN program completion required.
• Certified or eligible for MA/EMT/LPN credentials upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Take patient history and vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers.
• Perform phlebotomy and immunizations per protocol.
• Administer medications and assist with minor procedures.
• Document care in EMR and share results with the team.
• Support care coordination and pre-visit planning.
