Job summary

NANA Management Services (NMS) is seeking a dedicated Janitor for the Southcentral Foundation Wasilla Medical Clinic. You will maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff, performing cleaning and disinfection duties in accordance with NMS standards and health regulations.

The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and light maintenance tasks in a healthcare facility, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of cleaning experience.
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock assigned areas including hallways, restrooms, offices, and break rooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces; remove trash.
• Transport waste to disposal areas and maintain cart/storage areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and use PPE as required.
• Assist with laundry/linen removal as needed.
• Report damages or supply shortages to supervisor.
