Paul Mitchell The School Coeur d'Alene is seeking a Clinic Floor Leader to educate, motivate, and mentor Future Professionals in clinical and guest service skills. The role emphasizes OBEs, mini-classes, and learning centers to create exceptional learning experiences in the clinic classroom.

The ideal candidate will have prior education and salon experience, plus a valid Idaho instructor license. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
• Licensure as cosmetology, barber, esthetics, or nail instructor in Idaho.
• Strong organization, coaching and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising, and collaborating in teams with documentation.
• Verifiable references demonstrating solid work history.
• Passion for the beauty industry and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems.
• Honesty and professionalism in all interactions.

Clinic Classroom Learning Leader

Learning Leaders educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills and create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous education and salon experience, as well as experience with Paul Mitchell products. He or she must have a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals and for inspiring and coaching Future Professionals in all clinic classroom systems. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication, soft skills, professional development skills, and teamwork.

Skills/Competencies Required:

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
• Current cosmetology, barber, esthetics, or nail instructor license in the state of Idaho
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references

• Honesty and professionalism
