Job summary

Applied-ABC-1 is seeking a Clinic BCBA in Salt Lake City, UT to manage a caseload, provide supervision to ABA therapists, and develop individualized behavior plans. The role includes treatment planning, parent training, and coordinating with families for optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification, Master’s in ABA or related field, and a current supervision credential, with experience in VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS assessments. Travel to the office will be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB credentials.
• 8-hour supervision certificate with supervision experience.
• Experience creating behavior support plans.
• Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments.
• Experience developing treatment plans and conducting family training.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder across ages.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in the US and relocate/travel to office (in person).

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload and meet monthly billable utilization hours (e.g., supervision, treatment planning, and parent training).
• Provide supervision to ABA therapists and supervise BTs/RBTs in 1:1 student work using behavioral skills training.
• Create behavior support plans based on individual client needs.
• Lead family training sessions and coordinate care with teams and families.
• Set up data collection systems and ensure ongoing accurate data.
• Participate in team meetings and report on current behavior levels.
