Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our clinic-based team in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will supervise clinicians, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS/AFLS assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to drive outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active BCBA certification as per BACB guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and strong communication skills.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance to families.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment.
• Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice.
