Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Stockbridge, GA. This in-clinic, 1:1 ABA therapy role follows treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect data, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families to support success. We offer competitive pay ($21.60–$26.10/hour) for 25 hours per week, paid training and certification assistance, bonus opportunities, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-clinic.
