Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Shavano Park/San Antonio clinic. This full-time, day-shift role offers 1:1 ABA therapy with children in a clinic setting, guided by a BCBA on site, and a structured training path.

You'll provide play-based therapy, collect session data, and communicate progress to families. Benefits include 401(k) with match, PTO growth, and quarterly raises based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in a related field is a plus).
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required; teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children in our clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by your BCBA, who supervises on site.
• Collect session data and share progress with families.
