Job summary

The Lorenz Clinic in Minneapolis seeks a full-time PMHNP for a clinic-based outpatient role in an integrated, relational care team. You will collaborate with psychologists and therapists, manage medications as appropriate, and contribute to teaching and reflective practice in a teaching clinic.

This is an in-person, W-2 position with strong admin support and a focus on professional dignity and sustainability in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited school of nursing (PhD, DNP).
• Full, unrestricted PMHNP license in Minnesota or license-eligible.
• NPI submission prior to first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
• Collaborate with psychologists and therapists in care planning.
• Participate in team-based supervision and trainee education.
• Maintain professional documentation and uphold regulatory standards.
• Carry a clinic-based caseload with protected time and support.
