Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 10 years.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development and social interaction.
