Galliant is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will implement individualized procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living and communication skills, while partnering with families and clinical staff.

• Willingness to work in a clinic-based setting with children.

Responsibilities

• Run one-on-one procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills.
• Support neurodiversity, provide assent-based care, and prioritize client needs.
• Use a tablet to collect session data and write progress notes.
