Job summary

Mount St. Mary's Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary team. The role supports nurse practitioners and physician assistants in a clinic/office setting, with duties aligned to established protocols and physician practice agreements.

The position requires NY NP or PA licensure, current CPR, DEA registration, and national certification where applicable. ACLS is preferred; prior surgical practice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP program with NY licensure and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner license and RN license in NYS.
• NCCPA/CAHEA PA certification as applicable.
• CPR certification with biannual renewal; ACLS preferred.
• Active DEA certificate.

Education

Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program

Unencumbered registered nursing and nurse practitioner licenses in New York State

Hold National Certification in specialty care

Master's Degree required

Current CPR certification and biannual certification required

ACLS certification preferred

Valid DEA Certificate

Graduate of an approved NCCPA Physician Assistant training program (CAHEA AMA)

Valid New York State Physician Assistant License

Valid certification by the NCCPA

Current CPR certification and biannual certification required

ACLS certification preferred

Valid DEA certificate
