Requires a high school diploma, 1+ year healthcare/administrative experience, and willingness to complete ZoomCare phlebotomy training within six months.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Check patients in and out for appointments.
  • Schedule new appointments as needed.
  • Process patient payments.
  • Educate patients on navigating ZoomCare records.
  • Maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Perform blood draws and finger sticks per standards.
  • Process specimens and document results.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies.
  • Work with basic medical equipment.
  • Provide emergency care when necessary.
  • Support medical providers as needed.
  • Keep the clinic clean and organized.
